At ShadowKicks, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• While we strive to meet these dispatch times, on rare occasions there may be a delay of up to 48 hours before your order is shipped. If this happens, we’ll work to get your order on its way as soon as possible.

• FREE on all orders
• Estimated delivery: Up to 2 working days after dispatch.

Express Shipping

• Royal Mail Tracked 24
• Available at checkout for an additional charge.
• Estimated delivery: 1 working day after dispatch.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
