At ShadowKicks, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Inspection & Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected for any signs of damage, wear, use, or missing components.
If your return meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed within 2–5 working days of the item being received at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned:
- Damaged due to misuse.
- Showing signs of wear or use.
- Missing original packaging or accessories.
- Returned outside the 14-day return period.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
